A solution-oriented therapeutic approach is a collaborative process designed to help you reach a goal or make a sustainable change in your life. We achieve this by first defining your goals, discovering conscious and unconscious obstacles impeding your progress and designing realistic and doable steps towards change.
My training is integrated and encompasses several models. If warranted, I teach mindfulness techniques to address and relieve symptoms of anxiety, trauma and stress which express themselves in the body.
Our work together will be duration sensitive. The number of times we meet can be as few as 2 and as many as 24. We can work in person and/or remotely depending on geographic considerations.
